Abstract
COMPOSIÇÃO DE REVESTIMENTO SECO, SUSPENSÃO AQUOSA, SUBSTRATO ORAL, MÉTODO PARA PREPARAÇÃO DE DISPERSÃO AQUOSA DE REVESTIMENTO, FORMA DE DOSAGEM ORAL FARMACEUTICAMENTE ACEITÁVEL E MÉTODO DE PREPARAÇÃO DE FORMAS DE DOSAGEM SÓLIDAS ORAIS FARMACEUTICAMENTE ACEITÁVEIS. A presente invenção refere-se a composições de revestimento para uso em formas de dosagem orais como comprimidos e outros substratos orais, as quais contêm um agente redutor de pegajosidade com tamanho de partícula fina. As composições de revestimento podem ser aplicadas diretamente a um substrato ou após o substrato ter sido revestido com uma subcamada. Nos aspectos preferidos, o polímero é álcool polivinílico ou um copolímero de álcool polivinílico. São descritas também suspensões aquosas que compreendem as composições de revestimento da invenção, métodos de aplicação dos revestimentos aos substratos e os próprios substratos revestidos.
