Abstract
"condutor isolado de múltiplas camadas com camada externa reticulada". a presente invenção refere-se a um condutor isolado (10) e um método para produção do mesmo. o condutor isolado inclui um condutor alongado (12) e um sistema de isolamento de camada dupla. o sistema de isolamento de camada dupla tem uma primeira camada isolante (14) que inclui um material termoplástico aromático adjacente ao condutor alongado. a primeira camada isolante tem uma espessura ao longo de seu comprimento inferior a cerca de 0,051 mm (0,002 polegada). o sistema de isolamento inclui ainda uma segunda camada isolante (16) que inclui um fluoropolímero reticulado adjacente à primeira camada isolante. o volume da primeira camada isolante é inferior a cerca de 26% do volume total do sistema de isolamento
