dispositivo e método médicos para proporcionar informações de controle glicêmico. a presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo médico que serve para proporcionar informações para controle glicêmico, sendo que o dispositivo compreende meios de armazenamento dispostos para armazenar dados, meios de recepção dispostos para receber dados de valor de glicose sanguínea e dados de segurança, meios de processamento de dados dispostos para executar uma primeira função de processamento que serve para modificar dados recuperados a partir dos meios de armazenamento e executar uma segunda função de processamento que serve para proporcionar informações para controle glicêmico com base nos dados de valor de glicose sanguínea e nos dados recuperados a partir dos meios de armazenamento, meios de validação dispostos para validar os dados de segurança recebidos e proporcionar dados de validação correspondentes à validação dos dados de segurança recebidos, e meios de segurança dispostos para controlar uma execução de pelo menos uma função predeterminada entre as primeira e segunda funções de processamento com base nos dados de validação.
