Abstract
método e aparelho para a purificação de fluidos a invenção refere-se a um aparelho para a purificação de fluidos que inclui um aparelho de troca de material que contém um fluido mais volátil e um fluido menos volátil. o aparelho de troca de material contém um empacotamento estruturado, com o empacotamento estruturado contendo uma primeira camada de empacotamento (1 o) e uma segunda camada de empacotamento (100). a primeira camada de empacotamento (1o) e a segunda camada de empacotamento (100) têm corrugações, com canais abertos (12, 14, 16, 112, 114, 116) sendo formados pelas corrugações. os canais (12, 14, 16) da primeira camada de empacotamento (10) cruzam os canais (112, 114, 116) da segunda camada de empacotamento, em que se passa um fluxo através dos canais (12, 14, 16, 112, 114, 116) do fluido menos volátil tal que o canal pode ser molhado pelo fluido menos volátil, em que uma película do fluido menos volátil é formada sobre a superfície do canal, tal que pode ser realizada uma purificação do fluido menos volátil ou do fluido mais volátil por uma troca de material entre o fluido mais volátil e o fluido menos volátil. a primeira camada de empacotamento (1 o) está em contato de toque com a segunda camada de empacotamento (100) via elementos espaçadores (24, 34, 44, 134, 144).
