Abstract

PROCESSO PARA A SECAGEM E TAMPONAMENTO DE PRODUTOS .ORGÂNICOS ÚMIDOS E EQUIPAMENTO PARA SECAGEM E TAMPONAMENTO DE PRODUTOS ORGÂNICOS ÚMIDOS. Na secagem e tamponamento de produtos orgânicos úmidos, especialmente na secagem e tamponamento de gêneros alimentícios, o produto é seco normalmente no vácuo através da alimentação de energia de microondas. A qualidade do produto a ser obtida neste caso deixa a desejar. Para aperfeiçoá-la, propõe-se, introduzir o produto em uma primeira câmara, levando a primeira câmara a uma primeira temperatura ambiente reduzida, alimentar energia de microondas de uma fonte de microondas para aumentar a temperatura e tamponar o produto úmido, bem como aumentar várias vezes a pressão ambiente reduzida a uma segunda pressão ambiente um pouco mais reduzida e reduzir subsequentemente a pressão ambiente a uma primeira pressão ambiente reduzida, sendo que o aumento da pressão ambiente é realizado de forma mais rápida que a redução. Em seguida, é realizada uma secagem final do produto em uma segunda câmara através da alimentação de radiação de infravermelho com uma terceira pressão ambiente (reduzida). Depois, resfria-se o produto e lança-o na atmosfera. Deste modo, é obtida uma qualidade aumentada do produto, em especial, um produto mais homogêneo e mais estável.
