Abstract

DOOR SIDE FINISHING TRIM. Comprised of trim profile for door hinges that can be used on either side and require finishing. In the prior art, the use of both sides of a door, whether made of MDF, MDP or any similar material, hinged, becomes unfeasible due to the impossibility of finishing for the hinges. The profile acts as a "cover" for the hinges (5), hiding the hole of the "mug" (8), allowing the use of either side of the door (3) without compromising aesthetics. In addition to the finishing provided, the present patent also allows the use of both sides of the door, alternating between internal and external color, thus giving versatility and exclusivity to the final product. The patent further provides a significant reduction in the material employed as a frame, and it is possible to use thinner panels to make the door, resulting in a drastic reduction in the final cost of the furniture.

The patent consists of side trim for better use of furniture made of synthetic wood, in order to optimize the use of these materials, allowing for customization.

In the prior art, the use of both sides of a door, whether made of MDF, MDP or any similar material, hinged, becomes unfeasible due to the impossibility of finishing for the hinges.

The present invention provides a high density polystyrene profile which solves the finishing problem for the hinges, thus enabling the use of both sides of the door.

The fixing of the profile in the door occurs through screws, which are fixed in a determined place of the profile.

The profile acts as a "cover" for the hinges (5), hiding the hole of the "mug" (8), allowing the use of either side of the door (3) without compromising aesthetics.
