Claims (4)
- REIVINDICAÇÕES1. Método para produzir um enrolamento de disco (9) tendo pelo menos três discos (1,2, 3) que estão dispostos ao lado um do outro, sendo que o isolamento intermediário (A, B) é fabricado entre, em cada caso, dois discos (1, 2, 3) simultaneamente com o enrolamento dentro de um processo de enrolamento, sendo que um condutor de conexão (7, 7B, 7C) funciona a partir da extremidade de um disco para o início de outro disco na forma de uma diagonal dentro do isolamento intermediário (A, B), e assim subdivide o isolamento intermediário em duas subáreas, especificamente uma primeira área de isolamento intermediário (A1, B1) que tem uma seção transversal triangular e é formada abaixo desta diagonal e uma segunda área de isolamento intermediário (A2, B2) que tem uma seção transversal triangular oposta e é formada acima desta diagonal, caracterizado pelo fato de que, no caso de um enrolamento de disco que progride da esquerda para a direita, o isolamento é ajustado na segunda área de isolamento intermediário (A2) à esquerda do disco e o isolamento é ajustado na primeira área de isolamento intermediário (B1) à direita do disco (2) simultaneamente com o enrolamento do disco (2), e sendo que, no caso de um enrolamento de disco que progride da direita para a esquerda, o isolamento é ajustado na segunda área de isolamento intermediário (A2) à direita do disco (2) e o isolamento é ajustado na primeira área de isolamento intermediário (B1) à esquerda do disco (2) simultaneamente com o enrolamento do disco (2).

Método, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo fato de que, no caso de um enrolamento de disco que progride da esquerda para a direita, nenhuma área de isolamento intermediário éPetição 870190089428, de 10/09/2019, pág. 14/182/2 fabricada à esquerda do primeiro disco (1) e, no caso de um enrolamento de disco que progride da direita para a esquerda, nenhuma área de isolamento intermediário é fabricada à direita do primeiro disco (1).
- 3. Método, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo fato de que, no caso de um enrolamento de disco que progride da esquerda para a direita, nenhuma área de isolamento intermediário é fabricada à direita do último disco (4) e, no caso de um enrolamento de disco que progride da direita para a esquerda, nenhuma área de isolamento intermediário é fabricada à esquerda do último disco (4).
- 4. Método, de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações precedentes, caracterizado pelo fato de que mechas de vidro impregnadas com resina são usadas como isolamento.
