Abstract

CABEÇOTE DE MATRIZ DE EXTRUSÃO A presente invenção refere-se a um cabeçote de matriz de extrusão para extrusão de formas com enchimento central ou ocas, bem como um aparelho compreendendo o cabeçote de matriz de extrusão e processos empregando o cabeçote de matriz. O cabeçote de matriz de extrusão (100) é para a preparação de vários produtos com enchimento central (34) de composição variável, em que cada produto compreende um primeiro material (enchimento) e um segundo material (externo). O cabeçote de matriz compreende pelo menos um tubo (22), de modo que um primeiro material possa ser extrudado por um ou mais tubos, e um segundo material possa ser extrudado em torno do um ou mais tubos. A localização e o número dos tubos podem ser particularizados, para variar a localização e a quantidade do primeiro material relativas ao segundo material, e, desse modo, variar a composição do produto com enchimento central. O aparelho de cabeçote de matriz de extrusão compreende uma luva (40), encerrando o cabeçote de matriz. Em uma concretização, o primeiro material é transportado de uma ou mais aberturas primárias (18), por meio de um ou mais tubos (22), para uma ou mais aberturas secundárias (20), nas quais é extrudado. Simultaneamente, um segundo material é suprido diretamente às aberturas secundárias remanescentes (20), nas quais é extrudado.
