Abstract

aparelho de flexão a presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho de flexão o qual fabrica um membro de metal flexionado com alta produtividade e excelente acurácia dimensional que é provido. um aparelho de flexão (1 o) tem um primeiro mecanismo de suporte (11 ), o qual suporta um tubo de aço (17) enquanto o alimenta, um mecanismo de aquecimento (13), o qual aquece todo ou uma porção do tubo de aço (17), um mecanismo de resfriamento (14), o qual forma uma porção à alta temperatura em parte do tubo de aço (17) pelo resfriamento de uma porção do tubo de aço (17), a qual foi aquecida pelo mecanismo de aquecimento (13), um segundo mecanismo de suporte (15), o qual imprime um momento à flexão à porção à alta temperatura e flexionao tubo de aço (17) até um formato desejado ao se mover de forma bidimensional ou tridimensional, enquanto suporta pelo menos uma porção do tubo de aço (17), e um mecanismo de prevenção de deformação (16), o qual impede a deformação do tubo de aço (17), em que pelo menos um dentre o segundo mecanismo de suporte (15) e o mecanismo de prevenção de deformação (16) tem um mandril, o qual sujeita o tubo de aço (17).
