Abstract
MÉTODO E SISTEMA PARA TRATAMENTO DE BIOMASSA LIGNOCELULÓSICA FERMENTADA. Um método é proporcionado para o tratamento da biomassa lignocelulósica fermentada a ser fornecida para um sistema de destilação para a produção do etanol. O método inclui pré-tratar a biomassa lignocelulósica em biomassa pré-tratada e separar a biomassa pré-tratada em um componente líquido compreendendo açúcares e um componente de sólidos compreendendo celulose e lignina. O método também inclui hidrolisar o componente de sólidos da biomassa pré-tratada em uma biomassa hidrolisada compreendendo açúcares e lignina e fermentar o componente de sólidos hidrolisado da biomassa pré-tratada em um produto da fermentação compreendendo etanol e lignina. O método também inclui tratar o produto da fermentação e destilar o produto da fermentação tratado para recuperar o etanol. A biomassa lignocelulósica compreende celulose, hemicelulose e lignina.
