Abstract

método de purificação industrial de ficotoxinas biologicamente ativas. esta invenção relaciona-se com um método de purificação industrial de ficotoxinas biologicamente ativas que permite proporcionar uma quantidade adequada de ficotoxinas; se a fonte de ficotoxinas for um pellet, ele é submetido à lise usando método apropriados; o material proveniente das lises de cianobactérias é submetido a uma extração a frio; obter um concentrado da fase aquosa obtida na etapa anterior ou do meio de cultura da primeira etapa; centrifugar o concentrado para obter um sobrenadante; passar o sobrenadante por uma coluna de terras de diatomáceas e obter um eluído da ficotoxina; o eluído obtido no passo anterior é passado por colunas de carvão ativado; o eluído da etapa anterior novamente é passado por uma coluna de terras de diatomáceas; o eluído da etapa anterior é colocado em fase aquosa; o extrato parcialmente purificado da etapa anterior é submetido à hplc preparado em vários passos, obtendo a ficotoxina biologicamente ativa pura.
