Abstract
concentrado fornecendo propriedades anticorrosivas, fluido de execução pronto para uso, e, processo de proteção de uma superfície de metal esta invenção se refere a uma solução que oferece proteção contra as formas de corrosão. tais soluções são destinadas para uso em aplicações onde as peças do sistema de refrigeração são testadas à quente ou o motor é operado antes de ser armazenado e i ou montado no veículo ou configuração final do motor. a invenção inclui um concentrado, bem como uma solução diluída feita a partir de concentrado. a combinação sinérgica de derivados de amônio inorgânicos em combinação com ácidos monocarboxílicos ou dicarboxílicos provou aumentar dramaticamente a duração da proteção, permitindo o armazenamento por um longo período em que as peças do motor são enviadas ou armazenadas antes da montagem. o uso da invenção descrita mostra um pré-condicionamento da superficie do metal e fornece proteção, mesmo se depois o líquido for quase completamente removido. outros inibidores tradicionais ou orgânicos como triazol, nitrito, nitrato, silicato, borato, molibdato, fosfato ou inibidores mais recentes, como os inibidores aromáticos orgânicos e sais ácidos alifáticos podem opcionalmente ser adicionados. um depressor do ponto de congelamento pode ser adicionado, assim, proporcionando, além da proteção de congelamento, um nível aumentado de proteção de fase de vapor.
