aparelho, método e sistema de comunicação são providos um aparelho de comunicação, um método de comunicação e um sistema de comunicação em que os conteúdos podem ser compartilhados com base em metadados. uma unidade de armazenagem ( 1 05) retém conteúdos. uma unidade de registro (1 06) gera metadados relacionados com os conteúdos e registra os metadados gerados na base de dados. um transferidor ascendente (104) solicita, com base em metadados gerados por outro aparelho de comunicação, conteúdos, que são retidos pelo outro aparelho de comunicação, do outro aparelho de comunicação via uma rede. um transferidor descendente (103) supre, via a rede, os conteúdos retidos pela unidade de armazenagem (1 05) para outro aparelho de comunicação solicitando com base nos metadados gerados pela unidade de registro ( 1 06). esta invenção pode ser aplicada a, por exemplo, um aparelho de gravação/reprodução capaz de gravar ou reproduzir conteúdos.
