Abstract

MÓDULO DE COMPRESSÃO PARA BARRAS CONDUTORAS IMPREGNADAS DE GRANDES MÁQUINAS ELÉTRICAS E APARELHO DE COMPRESSÃO EQUIPADO COM O MESMO. A presente invenção refere-se a um módulo de compressão para a formação por pressão e cura de barras condutoras impregnadas para grandes máquinas elétricas, tais como, por exemplo, hidrogeradores, que é distinguido por um sistema de fechamento aperfeiçoado para aplicação da pressão de compressão e um aparelho de compressão equipado com o mesmo, a manipulação do qual envolve trabalho significativamente reduzido. Um módulo de compressão (1) de acordo com a invenção compreende uma cuba de prensagem (2) para aplicação de uma força de prensagem horizontal e um garfo de compressão (3) para aplicação de uma força de compressão vertical. As unidades de fechamento (6) e (7) para aplicação das forças de compressão horizontal e vertical, assim, compreendem um alojamento (20), que recebe, nele montado deslizavelmente, um pistão de compressão (21), que está em conexão operativa com um parafuso rosqueado, girável, fixado axialmente (27) de tal maneira que um movimento de giro do parafuso rosqueado (27) provoca um movimento axial do pistão de compressão (21). Um mancal axial (3), suportado em um conjunto de mola (35) proporciona uma montagem flexível do pistão de compressão (21). O parafuso rosqueado (27) se projeta no lado posterior do alojamento (20) e é dotado de um contorno (36) para recebimento de uma ferramenta, por exemplo, uma chave de fenda pneumática.
