Espaço estruturado para a prática de condicionamento fisico e método de gerenciamento da prática de condicionamento fisico compreendendo uma pluralidade de módulos (11) sucessivos, pelo menos um de ditos módulos compreendendo pelo menos duas posições de exercício (ab, c-d, e-f, g-h, i-j, k-1, m-n) bem como um marcador de tempo comum a todos os ditos módulos. Dita marcação compreende uma pluralidade de períodos de duração igual, sendo cada período subdividido em fases (n), compreendendo estas uma pluralidade (n- 1) de fases de execução de exercícios (MEl .... ME6) e uma fase (RA) de recuperação e aprendizado.
