Abstract

DISCO DE FREIO DE MATERIAL HETEROGÊNEO DO TIPO UNITÁRIO E PROCESSO PARA SUA FABRICAÇçO. A presente invenção refere-se a um disco de freio de matenal heterogêneo do tipo de corpo único. Em particular, o disco de freio inclui: uma parte de atrito configurada para ficar seletivamente em contato com uma pastilha; e um cubo unido com um mancal. Mais especificamente, a parte de atrito e o cubo são feitos de materiais heterogêneos por meio de um molde do tipo de corpo único. Para fazer isso, um conector, que conecta a parte de atrito e o cubo, que são verticalmente espaçados entre si, é espaçado lateralmente do cubo, e um fundo do conector é conectado com o cubo. Fazendo-se isso, uma plataforma elevada é formada para impedir que um vazamento escorra por entre o conector e o cubo, e uma interface feita de materiais heterogêneos é formada no conector.
