Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PRóTESE PARA ANASTOMOSE"<D>. A prótese (10) descreve um dispositivo protético usado para anastomose de extremidade com lateral, extremidade com extremidade e lateral com lateral sem prender com grampo e com sutura ou sem sutura, mas prendendo com grampo, onde o enxerto é inserido dentro do lúmen (17) do membro tubular (18) da prótese tendo um diâmetro aproximadamente igual ao diâmetro interno do membro tubular (18) da prótese para anastomose de extremidade com extremidade e extremidade com lateral e pode ser revirado (28) para cobrir essa parte da prótese que residirá dentro da veia, artéria ou outro órgão tubular (12) e afixado na base da prótese por uma sutura circular (30). O membro tubular (18) da prótese (10) é preso em um membro de flange de base (16) tendo aberturas (24) no mesmo que permitem que o flange (16) seja costurado no exterior da aorta ou outro órgão tubular (12) para eliminar a introdução de corpos estranhos dentro do lúmen da anastomose. A prótese (10) pode ser fabricada em tamanhos e formas variadas para acomodar tamanhos variados de enxertos (14), podendo inclusive ser formada de duas metades que quando unidas formam a prótese (10); e pode ser feita de qualquer material apropriado para uso cirúrgico, tal como titânio, aço inoxidável, silicone, materiais biodegradáveis, ou quaisquer outros materiais inertes; sem que isto fuja do conceito inventivo básico.
