Abstract
1. The design consists of the features of shape, ornament, pattern and configuration of the entire Lateral Hook Merchandising Bar shown in the attached drawings.2. The attached drawings show three (3) designs that do not differ substantially from each other.3. Figures 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 show the first variant. Figure 1 is a front, right perspective view of the first variant of the Lateral Hook Merchandising Bar; Figure 2 is a front elevation view thereof; Figure 3 is a right side view thereof, the left side view being a mirror image thereof; Figure 4 is a bottom plan view thereof and Figure 5 is a top plan view thereof;4. Figures 6, 7, 8 and 9 show the second variant. Figure 6 is a front, right perspective view of the second variant of the Lateral Hook Merchandising Bar; Figure 7 is a front elevation view thereof; Figure 8 is a bottom plan view thereof and Figure 9 is a top plan view thereof. The side view of the second variant is the same as the side view of the first variant shown in Figure 3. The ornamentation on the second variant contains the same back bar as in the first variant but with an additional merchandising hook.5. Figures 10, 11, 12 and 13 show the third variant. Figure 10 is a front, right perspective view of the third variant of the Lateral Hook Merchandising Bar; Figure 11 is a front elevation view thereof; Figure 12 is a bottom plan view thereof and Figure 13 is a top plan view thereof. The side view of the third variant is the same as the side view of the first variant shown in Figure 3. The ornamentation on the third variant contains the same back bar as in the first variant but with an additional two merchandising hooks.As noted above, drawings of the design numbered Figures 1 to and including 13 are included.
