Abstract

The design consists of the features of shape and configuration applied to a material cutter as illustrated in solid lines in the attached drawings and more particularly the indicia applied to a cutting surface of the cutter. Drawings of the design are included wherein: FIG. 1 is an isometric view of the article to which the design is applied, namely a material cutter. FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof. The dotted lines in Figs. 1 and 2 are for illustrative purposes and do not form part of the design.
