Abstract

The design consists of the features of shape and configuration of a portable electric drill having an elongated body of a substantially oval cross-section, the body merges with a curved substantially boot-shaped handle member. The body having a slightly curved top surface and a raised portion defining a transverse channel. The body having a shallow channel formed in the sides and back thereof. The portable electric drill further having: a first group of slots arranged vertically on each side of, and adjacent to, the front end of the body; a second group of slots arranged vertically on each side of, and adjacent to, the back end of the body; a third group of slots arranged longitudinally on the top surface of, and adjacent to, the back end of the body and a recessed groove on each side of the body adjacent to the second group of slots. Arrow-shaped icons being further located adjacent to the recessed groves. On one side of the portable electric drill, an upper arrow-shaped icon pointing towards the front and a lower arrow-shaped icon pointing towards the back. On the other side of the portable electric drill, the upper arrow-shaped icon pointing towards the back and the lower arrow-shaped icon pointing towards the front. The handle further having an eyelet forwardly positioned on the bottom thereof.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a portable electric drill;Fig. 2 is a front elevation view thereof;Fig. 3 is a rear elevation view thereof;Fig. 4 is a left side elevation view thereof;Fig. 5 is a right side elevation view thereof;Fig. 6 is a top plan view thereof; andFig. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof.Diagrams of the design are included.
