Abstract

The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of a dispensing closure with tamper evident tear strip having a dispensing closure and a tear strip shown in solid lines in the drawings; the dispensing closure has a lower body portion extending around the perimeter of the dispensing closure and a lid portion; the lower body portion has a rear raised portion extending partway along the length of the lower body portion; the raised portion has a groove in the upper surface thereof extending along the upper body portion; the tear strip has an upper section, an intermediate section and connecting portions; the upper section extends part way over the lid portion and has a tab portion extending outwardly therefrom; the intermediate portion extends downwardly from the upper portion, and the connecting portions extend from the upper section to the lower body portion of the dispensing closure.The portions shown in stippled lines do not form part of the design.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a front perspective view of the design for the dispensing closure with tamper evident tear strip;Fig. 2 is a top view thereof;Fig. 3 is a bottom view thereof;Fig. 4 is a left side elevational view thereof;Fig. 5 is a right side elevational view thereof;Fig. 6 is a front elevational view thereof; andFig. 7 is a rear elevational view thereof.
