The stippled line portions do not form part of the design. The break in the cable in Figures 1 to 3, 6 and 7 are to illustrate that the cable may be different lengths and form no part of the claimed design.Drawings of the design are included wherein:Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a cable locking device in accordance with the present design;Fig. 2 is an opposite perspective view thereof;Fig. 3 is another perspective view thereof;Fig. 4 is an end elevation thereof;Fig. 5 is an opposite end elevation thereof;Fig. 6 is a side elevation thereof; andFig. 7 is an opposite side elevation thereof.
