The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of the chair shown in the drawings; the first variant of the chair has a backrest portion with stepped upper corners and straight sides which merge into downwardly and inwardly angled sections which merge into generally vertical sections which in turn merge through a forwardly curved transition area into the rear of a seat portion; the seat portion has generally symmetrical outwards and upwards angled side areas along the sides thereof; the side areas have generally flat outside surfaces which extend around the outer edges thereof and merge into generally flat side surfaces that extend along the transition area and then along the sides and across the top of the backrest portion. The second variant of the chair has a backrest portion with scalloped upper corners and straight sides which merge into downwards and inwards angled sections which merge into generally vertical sections which in turn merge through a forwardly curved transition area into the rear of a seat portion; the seat portion has generally flat side surfaces that extend around the outer edges thereof and merge into generally flat side surfaces that extend along the transition area and then along the sides and across the top of the backrest portion. The third variant of the chair has a backrest portion with stepped upper corners and straight sides which merge into downwardly and inwardly angled sections which merge into generally vertical sections which in turn merge through a forwardly curved transition area into the rear of a seat portion; the seat portion has generally flat side surfaces that extend around the outer edges thereof and merge into generally flat side surfaces that extend along the transition area and then along the sides and across the top of the backrest portion. The portions of the drawings shown in stippled lines do not form part of the design.Representations of the design are shown in figures wherein:Fig. 1.1 is a front right perspective view from above of a first variant of the design of a chair;Fig. 1.2 is a rear perspective view from below of the first variant of the chair;Fig. 1.3 is a front elevation view thereof;Fig. 1.4 is a left side elevation view thereof;Fig. 1.5 is a top plan view thereof;Fig. 1.6 is a rear elevation view thereof; andFig. 1.7 is a bottom view thereof;Fig. 2.1 is a front right perspective view from above of a second variant of the design of a chair;Fig. 2.2 is a left rear perspective view from below of the second variant of the chair;Fig. 2.3 is a front elevation view thereof;Fig. 2.4 is a left side elevation view thereof;Fig. 2.5 is a top plan view thereof;Fig. 2.6 is a rear elevation view thereof; andFig. 2.7 is a bottom view thereof;Fig. 3.1 is a front right perspective view from above of a third variant of the design of a chair;Fig. 3.2 is a left rear perspective view from below of the third variant of the chair;Fig. 3.3 is a left side elevation view thereof;Fig. 3.4 is a front elevation view thereof;Fig. 3.5 is a top plan view thereof;Fig. 3.6 is a rear elevation view thereof; andFig. 3.7 is a bottom view thereof;Diagrams of the design are included.
