Abstract

L'invention concerne une composition de supraconducteur comprenant un oxyde métallique de formule T d M * e Cu f O g dans laquelle ""T"" représente un métal de transition trivalent tel que Bi, Tl, Au, Sb, ou leurs mélanges ; ""M *"" est un mélange de métaux alcalino-terreux tels que Sr et Ca, Sr et Mg, et Ca et de Mg dans un rapport du métal alcalino-terreux d'un rayon atomique plus grand (M L) au métal alcalino-terreux d'un rayon atomique plus petit (M S ) d'environ 1:1 à environ 3:1 ; ""d"" est un nombre d'environ 1 à environ 3 ; ""e"" est un nombre d'environ 1 à environ 6 ; ""f"" est un nombre d'environ 1 à 6 ; ""g"" est un nombre compris entre environ (3d + 2e + 2f)/2 à environ (3d + 2e + 3f)/2 qui fournit de l'oxyde métallique avec une résistance électrique nulle à une température de 77 degrés K ou plus. De préférence """"T"""" est bismuth ; """"M *"""" est Ca et Sr avec un rapport de 1:2 ; """"d"""" est égal à 2 ; """"e"""" est égal à 3 ; """"f"""" est égal à 2 et """"g"""" est un nombre compris entre environ 8 et environ 9 qui fournit ladite composition avec une résistance électrique nulle à une température de 77 degrés K ou plus.
