Abstract

The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of the chocolate confectionery as shown in the drawings; the chocolate confectionery presents downwards and outwards sloping side surfaces around the perimeter of the chocolate confectionery; the side surfaces present spaced-apart smooth curved shallow indentations with downwardly converging side edges extending the height of the side surfaces of the chocolate confectionery; the chocolate confectionery also presents in top plan view a plurality of varied shapes and configurations of sections of the chocolate confectionery over the entire top surface thereof; each of the sections is separated from adjacent sections of the chocolate confectionery by shallow indentations in the top surface of the chocolate confectionery which are generally of equal width; the top surfaces of some of the sections present a series of randomly configured squiggly lines while the surfaces of other sections present speckled top surfaces, and yet others present smooth top surfaces.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a bottom view of the design of the chocolate confectionery;Fig. 2 is a left side elevation view thereof;Fig. 3 is a top plan view thereof;Fig. 4 is a rear elevation view thereof;Fig. 5 is a left side perspective view from above of the chocolate confectionery;Fig. 6 is a front elevation view thereof; andFig. 7 is a right side elevation view thereof.Diagrams of the design are included.
