Abstract

The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of the Dog Waste Disposal Unit as shown in the drawings; the Dog Waste Disposal Unit has an upper section and a substantially mirror image lower section, each section presenting sloped side walls which merge through curved corner areas into a bottom surface of the upper and lower sections; the most novel and distinctive features of Dog Waste Disposal Unit are the inside surface of the upper and lower sections which present generally identical spaced apart raised areas each having a neck portion which extends away from the side wall adjacent a hinge-like area between the upper and lower sections and merges smoothly into an end portion when viewed in perspective view from above in the open position; the side surfaces of the raised areas taper outwards toward the bottom wall of the upper and lower sections; the outside bottom surfaces of the upper and lower sections of the Dog Waste Disposal Unit in perspective view from above present generally U-shaped open areas between the outside surfaces of adjacent raised areas of the Dog Waste Disposal Unit.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a first perspective view from above of the outside surface of the design of a Dog Waste Disposal Unit in an open position;Fig. 2 is a second perspective view from above of the outside surface of the Dog Waste Disposal Unit in an open position;Fig. 3 is a perspective view from above of the inside surface of the Dog Waste Disposal Unit in an open position;Fig. 4 is a first perspective view from above of the outside surface of the Dog Waste Disposal Unit in a closed position; andFig. 5 is a second perspective view from above of the outside surface of the Dog Waste Disposal Unit in a closed position.Diagrams of the design are included.
