The design consists of the features of shape and configuration of the securing mechanism for a peripheral ultrasound device shown in the drawings having a central opening therethrough with a plurality of inwardly extending protrusions about a perimeter of the opening, each protrusion having none, one, two or three generally circular projections thereon.Drawings of the Design are included, in which:Figure 1 is a top perspective view of the securing mechanism for a peripheral ultrasound device according to the design;Figure 2 is a bottom view thereof;Figure 3 is a top view thereof; andFigure 4 is a side view thereof.
