The design consists of the features of shape, configuration and pattern as applied to a rowing exercise device as illustrated in the drawings.Drawings of the design are included, in which:FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the rowing exercise device;FIG. 2 is a front elevational view of the rowing exercise device;FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view of the rowing exercise device;FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view of the rowing exercise device;FIG. 5 is a right side elevational view of the rowing exercise device;FIG. 6 is a top plan view of the rowing exercise device; andFIG. 7 is a bottom plan view of the rowing exercise device
