The design consists of the features of shape and configuration of the entire Adjustable Plantar Arch Support Set as shown in the drawings. The broken lines showing of portions of the feet and legs of a user are included for the purpose of illustrating environmental structure and form no part of the design. DRAWING REFERENCE Figure 1 is a front, perspective view of the Adjustable Plantar Arch Support Set showing the right and left portions of the Adjustable Plantar Arch Support Set positioned on both a right foot and a left foot of a user; Figure 2 is a left side view of the left portion thereof, positioned on a left foot of a user; Figure 3 is side left view of the right portion thereof, positioned on a right foot of a user; Figure 4 is a rear view thereof, positioned on each foot of a user; Figure 5 is a bottom view of thereof, positioned on both a right foot and a left foot of a user; and Figure 6 is a rear plan view of a left portion thereof, shown in an unused position.
