The design consists of the features of shape, ornament, pattern and configuration of a MUSCLE TRAINING PAD shown in the drawings. Drawings of the design are enclosed in which: Figure 1 is a perspective view of the design; Figure 2 is a front view of the design shown in Figure 1; Figure 3 is a rear view of the design shown in Figure 1; Figure 4 is a left side view of the design shown in Figure 1 with the right side view being a mirror image; Figure 5 is a top view of the design shown in Figure 1; and Figure 6 is a bottom view of the design shown in Figure 1.
