' ' ': , '' ~ " ' ' ,, invention has a reature that a rotating rod is connected to rhe` ~luctuating member through a damper. That is, in the present invention, 2 ~ ~ 0 2 9 9 voice response toy co~pri~es a case, a rod disposed ~t the one side of the case, a fluctuating member disposed at the other side of the case via a damper, the damper connecting the rod with the fluctuating member, a microphone disposed inside of the case, a driving neans rotating the rod accoring to a voice input signal of the microphone to actuate the fluctuating me~ber suppoqed by the damper and a controlling circuit.
The driving ~ean~ comprises an electric motor, a belt typed double reduction trans~itting mechani~, a crown gear disposed at the end of the double reduction tran3~itting ~echani3m , and a coupling di~po~ed in~ide o~
the crown gear, to which the lower end o~ the rod is enga~ed. Purther tho controllin~ ~eans comprl~es a wave ~or~ing circuit ~or tho sound input signal fro~ the microphone, an a~plifier c~rcuit, and a charge and discharge circuit ~imultaneou~ly charged with inputting a voice ~ignal and breaking the voice input ~ignal by the discharge ~hereo~, 2~ ~29~
In above ~oice response toy, when a sound input signal is p~oce~sed in a contorlling circuit to drive a drivin~ means, a rod stood on the one side of a casing is rotated to fluctuat~
a fluctuating ~ember. connected thereto through a damper. By a function of a charge and discharge circuit in the controlling circuit, even if the voice input signal is continuously input, an electric current toward a motor is interrupted temporally in a time determined oy a time conQtant of the charge and discharge circuit, then the fluctuating member i~
transmitted a complex motion by applying again the electric current after discharged.
