Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de pâtes à haut rendement blanchies à l'aide de peroxyde d'hydrogène en milieu alcalin, consistant à soumettre la pâte à blanchir successivement â un prétraitement à l'aide d'un agent séquestrant des ions métalliques suivi d'in lavage, à un traitement par le sulfite et un agent réducteur plus électronégatif que l'ion sulfite qui agissent conjointement et en milieu de pH initial compris entre 7 et 12,5, suivi d'un lavage pour éliminer les ions sulfite et l'agent réducteur, et à un traitement de blanchiment à
l'aide de peroxyde d'hydrogène en milieu alcalin en présence d'une guantité de silicate comprise entre 0% et 1%. Ce procédé permet de ne conserver qu'une étape de blanchiment à
l'aide du peroxyde d'hydrogène en milieu alcalin, de supprimer les inconvénients dus au silicate de sodium, de ne pas grever l'économie de l'opération, tout en assurant à la pâte blanchie un degré de blanc et des qualités mécaniques élevées.
