Abstract
Un système de fixation (10) d'une caméra (14) à un microscope comprend une structure de montage qui permet d'assujettir une caméra au-dessus de l'oculaire du tube optique (16) du microscope (18) et un adaptateur (12) qui forme un écran anti-lumière et qui s'étend entre l'ouverture de l'objectif de la caméra et le tube optique. L'extrémité (86) en aval de l'adaptateur entoure étroitement la périphérie extérieure du tube optique, empêchant la pénétration indésirable de la lumière ambiante dans l'adaptateur, tout en permettant à l'adaptateur de se déplacer par rapport au tube optique. Un système d'éclairage pour microscopes utilise une tige translucide (20) courbe transparente ayant une surface terminale (116) de réception de la lumière, une surface latérale (118) périphérique de réception de la lumière et une surface terminale (108) de transmission de la lumière. Lorsque la tige est montée, sa surface terminale de transmission de la lumière est alignée avec un passage qui traverse la platine (22) porte-objet du microscope sur laquelle est retenu un échantillon à visionner et/ou à photographier.
