Abstract
Cette invention concerne un récipient métallurgique, plus particulièrement une poche de transport ou une poche de traitement servant à la production d'acier, munie d'un fond (2b) à garnissage réfractaire (3) comprenant une couche de travail de base (5). Pour créer un garnissage durable, la couche de travail (5) est au moins partiellement constituée d'un matériau de base sec en vrac, sa face supérieure étant recouverte, avant le réchauffement initial du récipient (1), d'une couche protectrice solidifiée chimiquement (6) qui, après le remplissage du récipient (1), est partiellement présente comme couche monolithique, à moins que la face supérieure de la couche de travail (5) ne soit couverte, avant le premier remplissage du récipient (1), d'une couche de base monolithiquement frittée obtenue par le réchauffement du matériau en vrac. Cette invention porte également sur une méthode de production des garnissages réfractaires correspondant à ce type de récipients.
