Abstract
L'invention concerne une cellule de pesée réalisée à partir d'une barrette métallique plate composée de trois éléments structuraux: (a) une poutre de flexion plate (1) éventuellement avec une partie médiane étroite, sur laquelle sont collés des capteurs d'efforts: (b) un élément de pesée plat en forme d'U (2), fixé en sa partie médiane intérieure à une extrémité de la poutre de flexion, les deux bords avant des éléments de pesée en forme d'U s'étendant au-delà du point médian de la poutre du milieu; et (c) un élément de montage plat (3) fixé en sa partie médiane (4) à l'autre extrémité de la poutre de flexion. L'élément de montage peut également avoir une forme en U (13). Grâce à cette configuration il est possible de charger les éléments de pesée en forme d'U de sorte qu'ils adoptent une forme symétrique en S (12), avec des contraintes de signe égal et opposé à des points situés à distance égale de son point médian selon son axe principal. On décrit une balance de faible hauteur incorporant une pluralité desdites cellules de pesée.
