Abstract

Le chariot de chargement (25) amène la char-ge et la dépose sur le bouchon (10) du four (1).
L'introduction de la charge dans le four (1) et sa fermeture s'effectuent par action de l'élévateur (12) qui redescend après le traitement jusqu'à une po-sition intermédiaire, à partir de laquelle le four (1) peut être déplacé horizontalement, la ceinture infé-rieure (4) poussant la grille de base de la charge sur le couvercle (17) et le plateau (22) de l'élévateur (18) placé en position supérieure. Le couvercle (17) assure l'étanchéité de l'ouverture du four aux gaz de protection de la charge.
Cet élévateur permet d'introduire la charge dans le bac de trempe, puis de la ramener en position d'égouttement et de la déposer sur le chariot de dé-chargement (38) se déplaçant sur la voie (36, 37).
