Abstract

La présente invention vise un casque protecteur constitué d'une coque intérieure, d'une coque extérieure et d'un intercalaire amortisseur. Le bord inférieur de la coque intérieure est façonné en forme de gorge vers l'extérieur, par où peut être inséré l'intercalaire amortisseur. Le bord libre de la gorge est relié au bord inférieur de la coque extérieure, en un point situé au-dessus du fond de la gorge. Les ouvertures de ventilation des deux coques sont décalées les unes par rapport aux autres. La partie principale de la coque intérieure est noyée dans l'intercalaire souple, ce qui fait que c'est ce dernier, surtout, qui est en contact avec la tête de l'utilisateur; sur le pourtour du casque, par contre, l'amortisseur est dissimulé entre les deux coques.
