Abstract
L'objet de la présente invention est une lame de rasoir comportant un substrat (50) avec un rebord en biseau situé à environ 40 micromètres du bord tranchant (52), ainsi qu'une couche diamantée ou cristalline semblable (60) définie par des facettes (66 et 68) qui forment un angle inclus de moins de dix-sept degrés, d'une épaisseur d'au moins mille deux cents angströms depuis le bord tranchant (52) du substrat (50) en question jusqu'à une distance de quarante micromètres du bord tranchant (52), et un fil défini par des facettes (62 et 64) d'une longueur d'au moins environ 0,1 micromètre formant un angle inclus d'au moins soixante degrés et définissant un rayon au niveau du fil inférieur à environ 400 angströms, avec un rapport de forme de l'ordre de 1:1-3:1, une dureté d'au moins treize gigapascals et un effort de coupe de moins de 0,8 kilogramme pour couper un feutre de laine mouillée de classe L5.
