Abstract
L'invention a pour objet un procédé de sélection et d'obtention de sondes nucléiques capables de détecter des nouvelles régions à nombre variable de répétitions en tandem (ou VNTR) présentes dans le génome des eucaryotes supérieurs. Sont également objet de l'invention les sondes ainsi obtenues ainsi que leur utilisations. Ce nouveau procédé permet d'obtenir aisément de nouvelles sondes capable de s'apparier à de nouvelles VNTR, en utilisant des fragments d'ADN génomique obtenus après hydrolyse d'ADN à
