Abstract
Dispositif permettant de chauffer par induction les couvercles des boîtes métalliques (50). Il comprend des noyaux (10, 12, 14) très perméables et faiblement conducteurs possédant au moins deux parties à pôles magnétiquement opposés (20, 22, 24) toutes deux orientées vers une bande de transport (16) des couvercles des boîtes métalliques (50). Des courants alternatifs haute fréquence (68) sont appliqués aux enroulements (60, 62, 64) des noyaux (10, 12, 14), afin d'induire des courants alternatifs chauffants dans les couvercles des boîtes (50) et de les chauffer suffisamment pour chasser l'humidité. Les noyaux (10, 12, 14) peuvent avoir la forme d'un E, et peuvent être disposés en modules à divers emplacements longitudinaux le long de la bande de transport (16). Un dispositif de commande de la température en boucle fermée peut également être fourni pour éviter qu'il n'y ait surchauffe des fermetures des boîtes en cas d'arrêt imprévu de la chaîne de fabrication.
