Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à un procédé de récupération de résidus de fond de réservoir (11) qui consiste à utiliser un réservoir d'expansion (15) alimenté en résidus de fond de réservoir sous pression chauds, et à séparer un composant sous forme de vapeur (19), et des résidus plus lourds (20) amenés ensuite dans un réacteur d'extraction (51) avec un gaz chaud produisant une vapeur aérienne (61) et un reste solide (62). Ce reste est amené, dans une autre variante, dans un réacteur à pyrolyse à des températures élevées produisant des vapeurs ainsi qu'un résidu solide. Les courants de vapeur sont utilisés avec un échangeur thermique à régénération afin de chauffer les résidus de fond de réservoir à une température appropriée pour qu'ils pénètrent dans le réservoir d'expansion. Un certain type de matériau recyclé est utilisé comme combustible.
