Abstract
Dent d'excavation (10) utilisable sur une variété de matériels d'excavation, comprenant une pointe (12), un adaptateur (14), une goupille sandwich (16). La goupille comprend une gaine rigide (54) et une série de protubérances-pressoirs (58, 59) autonomes. L'une des protubérances entre dans une face (22) de manière à en assurer la suspension souple; cette face est définie sur le nez de l'adaptateur pour serrer la fixation de la pointe sur celui-ci. Une autre protubérance (59) entre dans l'ouverture (50) définie sur la pointe pour bloquer la goupille sur celle-ci. En ce qui concerne la dent de blocage externe, l'ouverture (50) définie sur la pointe comprend une paire de bosses (155a, 155b) qui configurent la partie réduite de l'ouverture. Cette partie réduite reçoit et maintient accouplées les extrémités de la gaine rigide de la goupille. Le blocage autonome de la goupille et le receveur d'accouplement à l'ouverture de la pointe réduisent les risques de perte de la goupille par suite d'une surcharge de matériau élastomère, d'une usure des composants ou sous l'effet des forces de levage.
