Abstract

Un système de sécurité électronique comprend un mécanisme de verrouillage électronique et une clé électronique (101), pourvus chacun d'une unité de contrôle à microprocesseur et d'une mémoire mémorisant des données comprenant un code d'identification et des codes de clé de chiffrement. Le microprocesseur de verrouillage peut soit modifier les codes d'identification mémorisés dans sa mémoire, soit chiffrer un nombre de départ s'utilisant pour déterminer l'accès au verrou. La clé ne peut s'utiliser pour accéder au verrou qu'une fois ou qu'un nombre limité de fois successives et doit ensuite être reprogrammée par un ordinateur central (301), de façon à la charger soit avec le code d'identification correct, soit avec le code de clé de chiffrement approprié pour ledit verrou. Le verrou électrique actionne un solénoïde (1624) qui rétracte un mécanisme de blocage de verrou empêchant le déverrouillage dudit verrou même quand on y introduit une clé possédant la configuration mécanique appropriée. Le courant servant à actionner le verrou électronique ainsi que le solénoïde provient d'une unité d'alimentation située à l'intérieur de la clé. Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, l'ensemble clé est composé d'un ordinateur portatif comportant une plaquette séparée intérieure mémorisant l'information de codes de clé et remplissant les fonctions de chiffrement/déchiffrement. L'invention décrit également un nouvel ensemble électronique à verrou en T (1340) conçu pour une utilisation sur des machines telles que des distributeurs automatiques.
