Abstract

Un fil de suture intestinale est revêtu avec un copolymère bioabsorbable obtenu par polymérisation d'une quantité majeure d'epsilon-caprolactone et d'une quantité mineure d'au moins un monomère copolymérisable en présence d'un alcool polyhydrique comme amorceur.
