Abstract

Sous-vêtements (20) constitués d'un tube tricoté aplati comprenant un panneau frontal et un panneau arrière, une ouverture pour la taille, des ouvertures pour les jambes, une ouverture de braguette linéaire (21) étant formée dans le panneau frontal (35) et comprenant une paire de rabats de braguette (63, 64) en tissu s'étendant sur la même longueur que ladite ouverture de braguette (21). Lesdits rabats (63, 64) se chevauchent et recouvrent également le panneau frontal (35) à l'intérieur du vêtement, d'un côté de l'ouverture de braguette, formant ainsi une triple couche de tissu sur toute la longueur de l'ouverture de braguette (21). Le procédé de confection de ladite ouverture de braguette (21) consiste à appliquer une pièce à l'extérieur du tube tricoté, à découper cette dernière ainsi que le tube de manière à former l'ouverture de braguette (21) et deux rabats (63, 64), et à coudre ensemble les rabats sur le tube, sur toute la longueur de l'ouverture. On retourne les rabats à travers l'ouverture de braguette et on les coud sur le côté intérieur du tube de manière à confectionner l'ensemble braguette.
