Abstract

L'invention concerne un ciment chirurgical présentant une très bonne compatibilité, qui est utile dans les applications orthopédiques, maxillo-faciales et dentaires. Ce ciment contient du phosphate de calcium et d'un métal alcalin, il a un pH de surface relativement élevé, d'environ 7 ou plus et sa composition chimique peut être modifiée dans une large mesure, ce qui permet d'adapter la vitesse de résorption en changeant la composition chimique de la poudre utilisée pour réaliser le ciment.
