Abstract
Procédé et appareil de vaporisation et de séchage par concentration, permettant d'obtenir de l'eau condensée de bonne qualité et d'économiser l'énergie d'évaporation, et trouvant application dans la transformation des eaux usées contaminées en eau distillée, dans l'épuration des eaux usées, et dans la concentration et le séchage de différents types de boues polluantes nocives. L'appareil et le procédé permettent de récupérer et de réutiliser l'énergie de chauffage utilisée pour porter la vapeur à une température élevée et pour éliminer les impuretés polluantes nocives, par exemple les odeurs, la D.B.O. et la D.C.O. présentes dans la vapeur, et assurent de ce fait une réduction remarquable du coût de l'énergie de chauffage. Ledit appareil économise l'énergie de 2 à 10 fois plus que les appareils traditionnels.
