Abstract
L'invention se rapporte à un moyen des marquage invisible d'articles à des fins d'identification et d'authentification, en particulier dans la vente au détail. Des articles, ou leur emballage, sont dotés d'une marque d'identification qui ne peut être discernée qu'à l'aide d'un équipement de formation d'images à infrarouge approprié. Dans un mode préféré de réalisation, la sensibilité d'une caméra de télévision standard à dispositif CCD au silicium est exploitée pour produire un système peu coûteux et aisément disponible, de taille suffisamment réduite pour être utilisé de manière dissimulée. Un filtre optique est utilisé pour empêcher l'entrée de la lumière visible dans la caméra, tout en permettant le passage d'un rayonnement infrarouge, et une lampe au tungstène équipée d'un second filtre optique analogue fait office de source dissimulée de rayonnement infrarouge.
