Abstract
L'invention concerne un commutateur électronique commandé (commutateur à semi-conducteur avec thyristors), équipé de deux thyristors (T1, T2) montés tête-bêche, un commutateur (S1) étant monté entre les deux électrodes de commande des thyristors. Un commutateur supplémentaire (S2) monté en série avec la paire de thyristors (T1, T2) peut être installé pour couper le courant inverse du thyristor du consommateur. La distorsion des éléments de commutation à semi-conducteur peut être évitée au moyen d'un troisième commutateur (S3) monté en parallèle avec le montage en série du deuxième commutateur (S2) et de la paire de thyristors (T1, T2).
