Abstract

Les produits allongés, produits à partir de plastique armé de fibres, sont moulés dans une filière (27, 28; 47) par étirage d'un faisceau de filasse (23) dans un bain (16) de résine (17) et entre les deux parties de la filière ouverte (27, 28; 47), qui est fermée par application d'une pression élevée et chauffée pour durcir la résine. On ouvre la filière et l'on retire partiellement le produit dans le sens de la longueur pour faire étirer davantage de filasse (23) mouillée entre les deux parties de la filière qu'on referme ensuite, serrant la partie arrière du produit déjà durci qui se trouve encore dans la filière, au moyen de blocs de serrage (41) placés à l'extrémité aval de la filière. La filasse (23) est également serrée au moyen de blocs de serrage froids (24) placés à l'extrémité amont de la filière. Les produits sont ensuite coupés à l'extérieur de la filière, au moyen de disques de coupe (44).
